Will a northstar cadillac engine fit in a 1990 deville or would there have 2 b adjustments?

I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville 4.5 Liter v-8, But, I would like 2 know if a 1995-2001 Northstar engine would fit without any adjustments?|||it will go into the space but better get a welder and a lot of wires! have done it for a friend and almost needed a Donner car for the pcm the trans and exhaust and all outher parts! cheper to by a new car with the northstar!
