What would happen if I went to a GM dealership and asked for a 1964 Cadillac?

What if I told them I wanted a "1964 Cadillac Coupe Deville".





What would they do?|||Used or brand new?





If used, they'll say "Yes, sir!" and require a large deposit.





Then they'll go search for one on Autotrader and classic car sites and buy one real cheap. Then tack on $10,000 before selling it to you. If you back out, they keep your deposit.





If new.... you'll have to buy from a collector.|||they'll try to find one for you, then they will sell it to you at a very high price|||probably tell you to go to a junk yard.
