Can someone help with removing steering wheel of 94 cadillac fleetwood?

Hi, I have a 94 cadillac fleetwood brougham. I need some help with removing the steering wheel to gain access to a damaged Hazard Lights switch. The hazard lights wont come on when the button is pulled, the fuses are good and so are the bulbs.
