I have a 1997 Cadillac Deville that recently wouldn't turn over, and 'Theft Deterrent Problem' appeared on the dash.
I have been told by a dealership that it could be many things. I cannot afford to pay them for looking for many things. Is something I could do.|||probably the wires at the ign cylinder are breaking off
needs the cyl replaced and a new key|||I had a problem like this and the battery was just real low, have that checked
