I want to get a feather in my hair and was wondering what prices of any salons or hair places in Cadillac or Traverse City, Michigan where? I am looking for a cheap price (like $15 or less). Does anyone know of a place?|||You might be able to find that price only but I doubt it. Since Hair Feathers are becoming more scarce the best place to buy is online. Even salons have to buy online in order to resell them later.
